25 Delicious Recipes That Kids Can Cook

Review

This cookbook is great for kids. All of the steps are clearly printed and there are helpful pictures throughout the book. There are also many variations of the basic recipe. This is one of the many cookbooks that William-Sonoma does for children. Some of the recipies they do are………

Guacamole and Chips

Pad Thai

Lasagna

Shepherd’s Pie

Roasted Carrots

BLAT Sandwatch (Bacon, Lettuce, Avocado, Tomato)

Turkey Wrap

Cheese Quesedia

and many many many more.

I decided to chose one and share it with you.

Rosemary Roast Chicken        Makes 4-6 servings

This recipe is not hard whatsoever, but make sure you read the instruction very carefully. I thought the whole process was an hour, but I found out that it was actually TWO hours. You have to marinade the chicken for one of them.  Before you start the recipe, make sure you read the instructions carefully.

This meal is very good, but I added a bit too much mustard so it was very mustardy.

Try to make sure the amount of mustard is almost exact.

There are side dishes in the book, but I decided to make beet roots. I also made iced tea to go with the meal.

My family and I throughly enjoyed the meal and would do it again.

Iced Tea

I didn’t use a recipe to make the iced tea.. I just used English Breakfast tea. Brewed it in boiling water (Have adult supervision while dealing with boiling water). And then poured it into a big glass pitcher.

I added about 20 ice cubes to help the drink cool faster. And in the end it tasted very nice.

Enjoy the meal!!!

Mmmm, mmmm, good.
